When will my item be shipped?
As long as payment is received by Wednesday 10 am Central time your item(s) will be shipped on Thursday or Friday.

What shipping service do you use?
We use FEDEX most of the time. Sometimes we use UPS.

What is your return policy?
If you receive an item and you are not satisfied with it you have 3 days upon receiving the item to return it. Your refund will be issued via pay pal, minus shipping charges. An 8% restocking fee will also be deducted. Item is to be returned in new condition.

What if I my item is damaged?
If you receive a damaged item please send pictures to [email protected] and we will proceed in correcting the item. Please do not discard of any boxes for we will need them in filing a claim.

What if I placed my order and it is not in stock?
If you place your order and it is not in stock you have two options: 1. You can wait till it is. 2. We will issue you an immediate refund via pay pal.
